The company is the largest travel management service provider in Kuwait catering to both the leisure and corporate market as well as being the exclusive agent for the US Military through its SatoTravel affiliation.

Alshamel International is the parent company of the group’s five main divisions: Travel and Tourism (Leisure and Corporate Travel Management), SatoTravel (US Govt. & Military travel), Alshamel Holidays (Travel Wholesale), SWITCH (Travel Technology) and Alshamel Agencies (currently representing Delta Air Lines, Jet Airways, United Airlines, Qatar Airways Holidays, and Radisson SAS Hotels in one or more of its regional offices.)

Since 1998, the company has expanded from a staff of 6 to over 350 employees, and now boasts an impressive client roster and offices across the Middle East.
